2.1 The Committee heard evidence from the National Centre for Learning Welsh and Coleg Cymraeg Cenedlaethol.

2.2 The National Centre for Learning Welsh agreed to provide further information on addressing the workforce challenges in implementing the Bill, in particular what would need to be that is not included in the Bill.

3.1 The Committee heard evidence from Medr.

3.2 Medr agreed to provide a note on amendments required to provide clarity in Bill on how different organisations will discharge their duties and further information on the likely the resources needed to upskill the workforce to deliver the Bill’s ambitions.
